These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Gamma AI mobile application provided by Mono Apps. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use Gamma AI for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

Presentations and content you create using Gamma AI belong to you. We retain no ownership rights over your generated content. However, you grant us a limited license to process your input to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Gamma AI require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. All subscriptions are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Limitation of Liability

Gamma AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
